We set up Friends of the New Forest when the New Forest Trust was started in 2003. Since then the Friends have donated over £4,500 to the cause and the Trust has a well established record for raising money and supporting worthwhile projects helping to conserve the New Forest. Now we all know that statutory bodies like the Forestry Commission, Natural England, Environment Agency, and National Park will be reducing what they spend here at a time when more needs to be done. So now is the time when the New Forest needs all the Friends it can get.
It’s time to register as a Friend of The New Forest Trust
Are you a Friend, a Family of Friends, a Business Friend, an Organisation Friend or a Lifetime Friend? Below you will find details of how to join. Those who are already Friends will be assigned to the original category ‘Founding Friend’.
If you are a Friend we anticipate you will want to know what your subscription is used for. For those with email addresses you will be sent short updates on what the Trust is doing and early information about projects under consideration. For those not using emails we will continue to send a Newsletter in which several updates are brought together. This Newsletter will be downloadable from our website too. On request we can provide car stickers, lapel badges, and a licence to use our logo.
