There is such a thing as a free lunch
The New Forest Trust has joined up with other organisations to reduce the number of hit and run animal accidents across the New Forest. Various schools across the Forest entered year 7 and year 8 pupils into an animal accident poster competition. There were some outstanding results and the lucky winners will have their posters displayed in venues around the New Forest this Autumn in a bid to reduce hit and run accidents as the nights close in. The pupils will also be treating their family to free lunches in outstanding New Forest venues; lunch for 4 at Balmer Lawn, Monatagu Arms, Limewood and tea for 4 at Chewton Glen are just 4 of the 15 prizes which will be awarded in September.
